And finally please provide details about the emergency to the best of your ability for example boiler make and model if referring to a boiler breakdown, time of incident and any other relevant factor.
That’s it, one of our team will verify your policy is in place and if so arrange for a fully qualified local tradesman to visit your property and carry out the necessary repairs.
Once repairs have been carried out we will directly settle the cost of the call-out, parts and labour charges up to the value shown in your policy schedule.
